Celebrity Cruises

Celebrity Cruises are the luxury arm of Royal Caribbean Cruises, one of the world’s largest cruise companies. See how we helped them with a chatbot to assist in the European Premiere launch of their stunning new ship, Celebrity Edge.

  • Celebrity Cruises were looking for an innovative way to engage travel agents and other guests boarding the ship.
  • Working with the team, we designed, developed and launched the “Discover Edge” chatbot game, that allowed guests to explore different areas of the ship.
  • Each area delivered some rich content and facts, followed by a quiz relating to that area.
  • Attendees who completed each area were entered into a prize draw with the chatbot notifying guests who had won at different points throughout the 2-day event.
  • Overall guest feedback included things like, “the game overall was fantastic”, “very interactive, knowledgeable and fun” and “very innovative”.
